PublicSquare's Rent-to-Sell model is a unique long-term lease agreement where property investors agree to sell their investment property to tenants after 4-7 years. 

This approach allows tenants sufficient time to accumulate a deposit and complete their purchase. 

It's particularly beneficial as it provides investors with more upfront earnings via a 3% upfront cashback and 50% rent premium, while also offering a minimum of 5% annual capital appreciation when the property is resold, acting as a safeguard against market downturns.
