Help CenterPublicSquare is not a lender, so when you buy the property from us or the owner after four years of residing in your property, you will probably need to secure your own mortgage.
PublicSquare may be able to help you with that process. However, you can use any mortgage broker and lender of your choice.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will qualify for a mortgage. For those instances, we offer a Future Mortgage Guarantee which allows you to resell the property and receive a refund for as much of your contributions as possible.
However, if for whatever reason, you cannot secure a home loan, you can always opt to request a sale of the property in the open market, which can potentially earn you reimbursements for most of your contributions to date.
