At PublicSquare we are committed to providing you with a transparent, straightforward experience that empowers you to make informed decisions about your future home.

After you've been fully approved and have selected a property, we will provide you with a copy of the lease for your review.

The lease is a legally binding document that covers all the important information that is already available to you on our website including the kickstarter contribution, weekly rental payments and contributions, deposit accrual and your options to purchase the property or request it to be sold in the open market. Both of which, you can do after fours years of living in the property.

Additionally, before you sign the lease, PublicSquare requires you to seek some legal advice to ensure you fully understand the details of our agreement.

Your application manager will simplify the process of obtaining the legal advice by providing yourself and your lawyer with all the materials they will need in a single file that includes step-by-step instructions.

The cost of engaging a lawyer for a legal advice report usually around $1000, and typically requires only a couple of hours of work from your lawyer.

If you don't have your own lawyer, we can recommend one to you without any conflict of interest.
