Early Purchase Offers

Tenants have the right to purchase the property in the 5th to 7th year of their lease. They can offer to purchase the property earlier than this, but investors are not obligated to accept these offers. 

This provides flexibility for investors and tenants to adjust to changing circumstances or financial situations.
