Disputing Valuations

If there are disagreements on valuations or rental appraisals in PublicSquare's model, the lease agreement offers options for a second opinion and averaging the two.

The party that disagrees and wishes to order a second opinion shall be responsible for paying the second valuation which usually ranges between $800 and $1800 depending on region.

This process ensures fairness and transparency in the valuation process, providing a resolution mechanism for any discrepancies that may arise between the investor and the tenant.
