Investors have the flexibility to engage with PublicSquare using any Australian entity structure they prefer, provided it complies with all applicable national and state laws and regulations and is eligible to purchase real estate without restrictions. 

For purchases made through a company, trust, or Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF), Directors will need to provide personal guarantees for the agreements made with tenants. 

In cases where a trust structure is utilized, tenants' solicitors may require a review of the trust deed. Please note that investors might be responsible for covering the costs associated with this review.
